High School Teen Process Group

Adolescence is intense. Between academic pressure, shifting friendships, social media, identity development, family dynamics, and mental health struggles, many teens feel overwhelmed and alone. Our in-person teen therapy group provides a safe, structured, and professionally facilitated space where teens can connect with peers, build skills, and grow.

For high school teens (ages 14–18) navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. This interpersonal process group helps teens better understand themselves through their interactions with others — building emotional awareness and genuine connection.


In This Group, Teens Will:

Explore communication styles, friendship dynamics, and family stress in a space that feels safe to be honest.
