  • The price of a therapy session varies based on several factors. We believe finances shouldn't be a barrier to getting the help you need, and we offer low-fee and sliding scale options for those who need them. Book a call with us to learn more.

  • Our therapists conduct in-person sessions for teens and adults at our office in Teaneck, NJ. If you have scheduled an in-person session, you will meet with your therapist at our offices.

    Our therapists also conduct virtual sessions for teens and adults in NJ, NY as well CT and FL (depending on the clinician). If you have scheduled a virtual session, you will receive a Zoom link to access your appointment.

  • While we do not take insurance, you may be eligible to use out-of-network benefits, depending on your specific provider. Contact your insurance company to see if you have out-of-network benefits, and what they apply to. Some companies will reimburse you for 60-80% of the cost of each session after your deductible is met.

    You are responsible for paying in full for each session at the time of your appointment. You can download a comprehensive monthly invoice (also known as a "superbill") that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
