Is this group right for your teen? This group is ideal for teens who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally stuck — who struggle with self-confidence and want deeper connection with peers in a supportive space.
For teen girls (ages 14–18) navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. This interpersonal process group helps teens better understand themselves through their interactions with others — building emotional awareness and genuine connection.

Neurodivergent Teen Social Skills Group
Best fit for teens who: Have ADHD, autism, or other neurodivergent profiles — and who feel socially anxious or unsure in peer settings and want concrete, practical tools for navigating social situations.
For neurodivergent teens (ages 14–18) who want slightly more structured support building meaningful social connections. This group focuses on strengthening real-world social skills in a supportive, neurodiversity-affirming environment. Teens learn practical tools while building authentic connections with peers who understand their experiences.

Our virtual teen groups are facilitated by Emily Johnson, a licensed therapist with over 9 years of experience running therapy groups for adolescents — including 6 years leading virtual groups specifically.
Emily has advanced training in group psychotherapy and is formally trained and supervised in facilitating virtual groups, ensuring that the online format feels engaging, structured, and clinically meaningful. She understands how to create safety and connection even through a screen, helping teens feel comfortable opening up and building real peer relationships.
Her approach is compassionate, attuned, and developmentally informed. Emily balances warmth with structure, giving teens both the emotional support and practical tools they need to grow in confidence, communication, and connection.
