You're carrying something heavy, and you're tired of doing it alone.

Maybe it's a loss that reshaped your world, and you still haven't found a place to put it down. Maybe it's the quiet weight of raising your kids while wondering if you're getting any of it right. Maybe it's trauma that keeps resurfacing at the worst moments, or a version of yourself you're struggling to hold onto while everyone else needs you to be okay.

For over thirty years, I've worked with young adults and women navigating exactly this: grief that doesn't follow a timeline, trauma that lingers longer than anyone expects, and the everyday pressure of parenting without losing yourself in the process. As a member of OHEL's Trauma and Crisis Intervention Team, I've sat with people in their hardest moments and helped them find steady ground again. Through my grief groups, I've watched people learn they don't have to carry loss alone. And through the OU Women's Initiative, I've mentored educators, Rebbetzins, and kallah teachers—women who give so much of themselves that they often forget to ask for support in return.

In my private practice, I help young adults and women work through their emotions, grief, trauma, and the real challenges of parenting with honesty, practical tools, and a space where you don't have to perform strength you don't feel. I also consult with schools building guidance departments and crisis plans, because I believe steady systems and steady people go hand in hand.

You don't have to figure this out alone. I'm here to help.
