Summer Social Skills Group

An 8-week, in-person group designed to help teens strengthen real world social skills in a supportive, affirming space.

Monday nights from June 30th - August 18th from 8:45 - 9:45 PM

Located at our office in Teaneck, NJ.

Social skills aren’t only important for helping teens make friends and build/maintain relationships—they also play a significant role in teens' mental and emotional health. Adolescents often face significant challenges such as peer pressure, social media stress, identity exploration, navigating cliques, and more.

Our Summer Social Skills Group will help your child…

  • Learn how to use appropriate conversational skills and make connections with others through humor, respect, and the sharing of common interests.

  • Gain a better understanding of their peers’ emotions and help them express their own feelings in a healthy way.

  • Become equipped with the skills to handle tough situations and conflicts, such as arguments, disagreements, rejection, teasing, and bullying.

  • Feel seen, heard, and validated by connecting with others who can relate to them in a safe, honest, and supportive environment.
